A productivity and finance app for Muslim founders
Barakah AI Workflow suits Muslim founders, freelancers and small business owners who want their work, their salah and their money in one place, without stitching together three apps.
Work around salah, not against it
Your tasks and the day's prayer times sit on one screen, so you can see what fits before the next prayer. Prayer times are calculated for your city, with your own calculation method and Asr school.
A reminder can arrive 5 minutes before each prayer, even with the app closed, on devices that support it. Keep a phone alarm for any prayer you must not miss, because battery savers can delay reminders.
See each business on its own
Keep a separate ledger for each business, next to personal, home and charity ledgers. Each ledger shows its own income, expenses and profit or loss, in any of many currencies, and you can export the entries to a spreadsheet.
This is record keeping for your own use. It is not accounting, tax or investment advice.
Test an idea before you build it
The Ideas section keeps each business idea with your notes and findings. An AI advisor can assess an idea and answer questions about it, and an idea you decide to pursue can become a team project with shared tasks.
The advisor works from what you give it and does not invent market figures, so its assessment is a prompt for your own thinking, not a forecast. AI features may be part of a paid plan.
Keep your team moving
Team projects let family, friends or colleagues share tasks. Your private tasks stay private.
Is it right for you?
A good fit if
- You run a business or side project and want faith and work planned together.
- You want simple ledgers rather than full accounting software.
Probably not if
- You need invoicing, payroll or tax filing. Use accounting software and an accountant for those.
